What you will do
- Architect growth programs across paid search, paid social, and email that align with Magnet’s positioning — not generic playbooks.
- Work with analytics and engineering to instrument funnels, attribute honestly, and report what leadership needs to hear.
- Mentor account teams on testing velocity, creative iteration, and when to stop spending on a dead channel.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on platform experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) plus a track record of B2B outcomes.
- Comfort reading SQL or BI exports when the story is not obvious from a dashboard.
- A bias for documented hypotheses and post-mortems over one-off wins.
