What you will do
- Own features across the stack: App Router, server actions or API routes, typed data layers, and deployment on Vercel.
- Collaborate in PRs with design on motion, responsive behavior, and edge cases — not pixel-pushing from a ticket queue.
- Improve how we ship: testing patterns, observability, and performance budgets that stay green in production.
What we are looking for
- Deep TypeScript and React experience; production Next.js is a strong plus.
- Judgment about when to reach for a library versus a small bespoke solution.
- Clear writing in issues and PRs — async communication is most of the job.

Engineers sit in the same conversations as strategy and design. You will not be a downstream resource.
